Due to the rapid rise of COVID-19, hundreds of migrants detained in Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facilities are being isolated to slow the spread within facilities.

Migrants detained all over the country are being impacted by the rapid rise of COVID-19.

“It’s horrible that there should be anyone detained, especially during a pandemic where there is no way to maintain social distancing,” Pedro Rios said, of the American Friends Service.
