Ukrainian refugees have been allowed to enter the United States after being granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

The Biden administration announced that it will only be valid for Ukrainian refugees who have been on American soil before March 1. Ukrainian refugees who reach the United States after March 1, will not be granted Temporary Protected Status.

Several European countries are granting Temporary Protection Directive (TPD) which allows refugees to reside and work in European countries. Humanitarian support will only be granted to Ukrainian refugees who fled after February 24th.

Refugees who will be residing in European countries will be allowed to stay until March 4, 2022.
