Contractors hired by the state of Florida have been roaming around Sacred Heart Church in downtown El Paso attempting to convince and coerce individuals around the shelter to board a charter flight to California. So far the contractors have managed to convince around 36 individuals to be driven to a small airport in New Mexico to hop on a flight taking them to Sacramento.
